Kristin Costas

Kristin Costas, MBA, is a seasoned professional in product management with a strong background in leading UX design and development teams. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Agero, Inc., Kristin previously held senior roles at Lytx, Inc., including Senior Director and Director of Product Management, where strategic leadership and Agile product development were key responsibilities. Other experiences include consulting for managed services, volunteer coordination at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and financial analysis at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Kristin holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Calvin University.
