Joel Faltermeier

Joel Faltermeier has a diverse work experience starting as a Small Business Owner at SZP Racing, fabricating and manufacturing custom parts. Joel then transitioned to Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone before moving to Colorado Virtual Academy as an IT Assistant. Subsequently, at K12, they held positions as Information Technology Manager, Operations Manager, Data and Systems, Data Analyst, and Business Analyst, focusing on Business Intelligence & Reporting. Currently, they are the Director Of Information Technology at Agfinity, Inc., where they oversee DEV/PROD architecture, environments, and SDLC approaches for various software solutions. Throughout their career, Joel has been involved in data strategy shifts, technology stack transitions, and project implementations aimed at driving organizational change and improving efficiency.

Joel Faltermeier attended Front Range Community College from 2003 to 2005. Joel then pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Data Management at Colorado Technical University from 2012 to 2015. In 2006, they obtained the Parts Specialist certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
