Shannon Graham

Shannon Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and DevOps, currently serving as Senior Director of DevOps at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank since July 2015. In this role, Shannon oversees standards and quality throughout the DevOps lifecycle, including build, test, deploy, and release, while managing teams focused on automation and framework establishment. Prior experience includes leading the Test Center of Excellence at AgFirst as Director of SQA and Release Management, and directing Quality Assurance and Configuration Management teams at GIS, where Shannon formalized SDLC and QA processes. Shannon began a career in quality assurance at Blackbaud and has a degree in Applied Professional Sciences from the University of South Carolina.
