Nick Hartley

Nick Hartley is a Chief Lending Officer/Executive Vice President at AgGeorgia Farm Credit. Under their leadership, loan growth significantly increased, with the largest growth in the AgFirst District in 2021 and 2023. Nick also established a Secondary Mortgage Department and a Leasing Department. As a Regional Lending Manager/Senior Vice President, Nick provided credit and sales oversight for multiple branch offices and implemented a new fee standard, resulting in increased fee income. In their previous roles, Nick managed accounts in distress and restructuring loans. Nick holds a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University and a Graduate School of Banking degree from LSU.
