Sonia Uzarewicz

Sonia Uzarewicz is the current Head of HR for Germany at Agicap. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Talent Advocate) at talent.io from May 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they opened and expanded the department "Freelance Offer Berlin" to "Freelance Offer Germany". Sonia also set up new processes for headhunting, client/project acquisition, candidate onboarding, candidate requesting, candidate contracting, and billing. Sonia has also worked with the French team to request adaptations and changes to bring the Tech product forward. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, they were responsible for headhunting, prescreening and onboarding candidates, as well as building a pool of various tech-profile candidates. Sonia also communicated with internal and external stakeholders, followed up on several departments and processes for smooth operations and candidate experience, and documented with KPIs and regular team meetings. Sonia was also the first reference person for DE freelance candidates and trained and coached an intern for 5 months. Prior to their role at talent.io, Sonia was a Model Booking & Development at M4 Models Management GmbH from June 2014 to May 2019.
