Jae L.

Jae L. has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 as a Veterinary Technician at South Salem Animal Hospital. They then moved on to roles at UMass Boston as a Research Assistant in various capacities related to peace, reconciliation, and conflict resolution. In 2011, Jae joined Inflexxion, Inc. where they held multiple positions including Senior Product Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Business Development Coordinator, and Product Coordinator. In 2016, they joined ERT as a Product Lead and later became a Product Manager, Trial Oversight. In 2019, Jae joined Wayfair as a Product Manager, specifically in Supply Chain Fulfillment, before transitioning to a Senior Product Manager role. More recently, in 2022, they worked at Agilathon and Extension Engine as the Director of the Project Management Office.

Jae L. holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Northeastern University and a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution from UMass Boston. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Biology from Western Connecticut State University. Jae L. also has additional certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they have completed a course titled "MCC 201: Performance Metrics: The Elements that Make Metrics Effective" from the Metrics Champion Consortium (MCC).
