Meghan Reiss

Meghan Reiss has had extensive experience in various roles related to people operations and program management. Meghan served as the Director of People Operations at Extension Engine and Agilathon starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the People Operations Manager at Curriculum Associates from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on improving HR services and technology platforms.

Before their roles in people operations, Meghan Reiss was the Chief Operating Officer at Baroo Pet Care from 2015 to 2018, where they successfully increased active user count and managed various aspects of the business.

Meghan also has experience in program management, having served as the Director of Programming at Generation Citizen from 2013 to 2015, leading the national program strategy and managing local staff. Prior to that, they held various roles at Strong Women, Strong Girls, including National Director of Programs, Process Improvement, and Knowledge.

Meghan Reiss's earlier experiences include roles at YMCA of Greater Boston, International Rescue Committee, and City Year Seattle/King County. Overall, they have a diverse background in people operations, program management, and organizational development.

Meghan Reiss has a strong educational background in various fields. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies & Women Studies at Providence College. Meghan then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University between 2004 and 2006.

In 2016, Meghan enrolled in Harvard Business School Online, where they earned a CORe Credential of Readiness. This reflects their commitment to enhancing their business knowledge and skills. Additionally, Meghan also possesses a high school education, having attended Springfield High School from 1994 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Meghan has pursued professional development across a range of topics.
