Carolina Cabeza

Carolina Cabeza's work experience begins with their current role as a People & Culture Director at Agile Content, where they are responsible for establishing and leading the People & Culture function globally. Carolina is a member of the Executive Committee and focuses on defining the people strategy and implementing key processes across various functions.

Prior to their current position, Carolina worked at Affinity Petcare as the Global Head of Talent and Culture. In this role, they were responsible for defining and implementing the talent strategy for the company, including talent branding, recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and internal communications.

Carolina also has a significant amount of experience at Accenture. Carolina worked as an executive and team coach from 2016 to 2019, where they provided coaching to individuals and teams. Carolina also served as the Global Talent Development lead from 2011 to 2019, designing and implementing talent development strategies across the organization. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources generalist from 2007 to 2011.

Carolina Cabeza has a varied and extensive education history. Carolina completed a Postgraduate Course in Executive and Personal Coaching at the UPF Barcelona School of Management in 2017-2018. In 2010, they obtained the title of Expert in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Carolina also earned a Master's degree in Equality of Opportunities from the Universitat de Lleida in 2006. Lastly, Carolina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Carolina has also acquired certifications as a Gallup Strengths Coach from Gallup and in Situational Leadership from Blanchard Spain.
