Leo Nacelli

Leo Nacelli has over two decades of experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industries. Leo is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Agile Occupational Medicine, where they focus on providing quality care for injured workers. In 2008, Nacelli founded Kando Consulting, a company that specializes in strategic planning and development assistance for startup and medium-sized companies. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Information Officer at Akeso Medical Holdings, LLC and a stealth mode startup company. Nacelli also served as the Chief Architect at CLARA analytics and the VP of Product and Program Management and VP of Information Technology at Harbor Health Systems. Leo began their career as a Senior Application Architect and Senior Software Developer at StrataCare, Inc. Nacelli also has experience as the owner and project manager of Nacelli Consulting Services, where they provided IT and software application consulting services. Additionally, they held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Surfline/Wavetrak, Inc. and a Senior Database Developer/Administrator at Swell.com.

Leo Nacelli attended George Mason University - School of Business from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a degree in Decision Sciences and MIS, with a focus on Computer Science, Statistics, Decision Sciences, and Information Technology. Additionally, they also studied Accounting with a concentration in Finance, Business, and Law.
