Anastasiia Maidanyk

Anastasiia Maidanyk has worked in various roles in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. From 2018 to 2022, they were the HR & Recruiting Lead at Sweetcode Lab, where they managed recruitment processes and led the HR team. Additionally, they worked as a Team Leader at Mindy Support from May 2018 to October 2018. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Agile Search, where they are involved in in-house recruitment consulting projects for clients such as Telia and TV4. Anastasiia Maidanyk obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relationships from The National University of Ostroh Academy, completing their studies between 2016 and 2020.
