Sushil Negi

Sushil Negi has worked in the IT industry since 1998, starting as a Software Engineer at Newgen Software Technologies. Sushil then moved to Siemens Information Systems as a Senior Software Engineer in 2000. In 2002, they joined UBS as a Technical Consultant. In 2003, they joined Siemens Medical Solutions as a Principle Engineer / Manager, Engineering. In 2008, they moved to Capital One as a Sr Manager, DevOps and System Teams. Sushil also held the role of Leadership Consultant - Agile Transformation and DevOps and Leader, Technology Services. In 2017, they joined AgileTrailblazers as Director of DevOps & Cloud Services. Throughout their career, Negi has been responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and all components that support the short-term and long-term business needs to optimize business and technology investments. Sushil has also developed and implemented Agile adoption strategies, implemented highly resilient cloud based solutions, enabled self service solutions for development and production infrastructure, and streamlined rapid release cadence for programs.

Sushil Negi attended Delhi University from 1994 to 1997.
