Trisha Hall is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in enterprise solutions, sales, and revenue operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at AgilityHealth since July 2014, Trisha manages a $3 million annual expense budget and employs Scrum and Kanban methodologies to enhance team performance through strategic planning using Scaled Agile principles. Previously, Trisha held roles such as Agile Portfolio Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska and Corporate Purchasing Sourcing Manager at Valmont Industries, where responsibilities included cost analysis and managing substantial contracts.
