Carla Krieger has a diverse work experience across various companies. In 2019, they worked as an Advisor and later became the Chief Operating Office and co-founder at Kultua until April 2020. From April 2020 to February 2021, they served as an Agile Coach (Coordinator) at Globo. Carla then transitioned to the role of Enterprise Agile Coach for the Agile Team at Globo until May 2021. From May 2021 to September 2022, Carla worked as an Enterprise Agile Coach for the Hub Digital/VMO Team at Globo, leading the Lean-Agile Portfolio Management implementation. Concurrently, they also served as a Globo's Academy Facilitator and a member of the Globotech Cast Team. In June 2021, Carla joined Hiflex Group as a DA Trainer and also became a Professor at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In September 2020, Carla started working as an MBA Professor at Impacta Tecnologia until December 2022. Carla also held the role of Agile World Português Co-host from November 2021 onwards. In March 2022, they assumed the position of Professor of Tailoring & Value Delivery discipline at BBI - Business Behavior Institute. Carla's most recent position, starting in April 2022, is as the Director of Communities at Agile World, where they oversee a portfolio of activities aimed at facilitating and supporting diverse communities in accessing Agile knowledge and education. Currently, Carla is also working as a Lean & Agile Coach at eDreams ODIGEO.

Carla Krieger has a diverse education history that includes certifications, degrees, and additional qualifications. In 2019, they completed a Certification Program in Business Agility - Certified Disciplined Agile Coach for Experienced Coaches from the Project Management Institute.
