Dylan Shannon

Dylan Shannon has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2016, Dylan worked as a Cyber Security Intern at NASA, gaining valuable experience in the field. In 2017, they joined EWA Government Systems Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked for four years until 2021.

In 2021, Dylan joined SparkPost as a Software Engineer, where they worked on maintaining legacy software modules and developing new features. Dylan also performed Cloud Engineer and DevOps tasks within AWS.

In 2022, Dylan moved to Genesys as a Senior Software Engineer. Dylan assisted the Workforce Management team in designing and planning the transition to multi-cloud support. Unfortunately, they were laid off after five months due to a change in company direction.

Currently, Dylan works as a Software Engineer at Agile5 Technologies Inc., where they continue to advance their skills and contribute to the company's projects.

Dylan Shannon attended Fairmont State University from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Security.
