Anna Zhikhareva

Anna Zhikhareva has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an IT Engineer at Construction and installation company "Gidrostroy" and Petrozavodsk State Medical College. In 2013, they completed a summer internship as an Engineer at Conpart AS. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Lead engineer in a microelectronics packaging department at Group of Companies "TECON". From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Arm as a Project Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager. During their tenure at Arm, they managed the team of hardware platforms engineers, drove workflow improvements, delivered resources to provide a representative view of typical compute subsystems, and managed the scope, deliverables and schedule of projects.

Anna Zhikhareva has a diverse educational background. Anna obtained their Master's degree in Micro and Nano Systems Technology from the University of South-Eastern Norway in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social-cultural activities and folk arts from Karelian College of Arts and Culture in 2010. Anna also has an Engineer degree in the field of "Automated data processing and management systems" from Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) which they obtained in 2008.

Anna also holds several certifications, including an Agile Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn which they obtained in March 2022, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance which they obtained in February 2020, an ARM - Risk Workshop certification from QA Ltd which they obtained in May 2019, and an ISO 26262 - Functional Safety Practitioner (FSP) certification from Exida.com GmbH which they obtained in March 2019.
