Harry Sim has been working in the semiconductor industry since 2015. Harry began their career as an Equipment Engineer Intern at Texas Instruments, followed by an Analog IC Design Intern role at Dialog Semiconductor in 2017. In 2018, they were promoted to Analog IC Design Engineer and Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer at Dialog Semiconductor. In 2020, they moved to Quantum Motion as a Senior IC Design Engineer, and is currently a Staff Analog Engineer at Agile Analog.

Harry Sim obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Edinburgh between 2014 and 2018. Harry also obtained an HNC in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute UK between 2013 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Computational Thinking using Python from MITx Courses in August 2022, Machine Learning with Python-From Linear Models to Deep Learning from MITx Courses in July 2022, SKILL Language Programming vIC6.1.8 Exam from Cadence Design Systems in March 2022, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
