Heather Scott

Heather Scott has extensive experience in employment coaching and vocational rehabilitation, currently serving as an Employment Coach/Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant/RVP/RTWDM at Agilec since September 2013. Previous roles include Employment Coordinator at Bridging Employment Supports and Career Work Coach at Conestoga Career Centre Waterloo, where Heather worked with clients to assess needs, identify barriers, and create supportive plans for training and employment. Heather's background also includes significant organizational, marketing, and administrative expertise from previous positions in child care management.
