Luciana Marzullo

Luciana Marzullo is the current VP of People at AgileEngine. Prior to this, they served as an HR Manager at Grey Group from May 2010 to September 2013, where they were responsible for compliance with Corporate policies and SOX. Luciana also developed Selection processes, position descriptions, economic offers, payroll reports, and internal training. Additionally, they generated organizational and salary structures, managed the database of the area, and all Administration and Human Resources suppliers. Finally, they developed culture and climate (internal events, employer brand, budget management).

From May 2009 to May 2010, Luciana served as a Generalist - Human Resources at Iceberg Solutions where their responsibilities included personnel administration (absence control, files, admissions, terminations, and queries), salary structure and pre-salary liquidation (notifications, payroll control, and salary structure and benefits definition), recruiting (position profile definition, job posting, selection interviews), process definition, and quality management. Luciana also negotiated with operational areas and directors.

Luciana Marzullo has a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires.
