Hillaree Hicks

Hillaree Hicks has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Hillaree started their career as a Recruiter at PRESTIGIOUS PLACEMENT INC. in October 2016, where they utilized advanced Excel spreadsheet functions to design progress tracking methods and documented business processes. Hillaree also had the flexibility to work both in the office and from home. After working there for almost a year, Hillaree joined ResourceMFG in June 2020 as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, they effectively managed all phases of recruiting, including resume sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Hillaree also handled database and VMS management, counseled and coached employees, and resolved payroll issues, workplace issues, and safety concerns.
