Małgorzata Baran

Małgorzata Baran has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries.

Starting in 2010, they worked as a Teacher at Puroga for three years.

In 2013, they transitioned to UNICARD SA as an HR Specialist, where they were responsible for managing human resources within the organization. Małgorzata also took on the role of Project Specialist, where they participated in the acquisition and supervision of IT projects, prepared executive documentation, negotiated contracts, and collaborated on technical documentation. Małgorzata later became a Project Manager, leading the Malopolska Agglomeration Card Project and overseeing its legal aspects using Prince2 methodology.

In 2017, Małgorzata joined GP Strategies Ltd as a Vendor Coordinator, responsible for coordinating vendors and their activities. Later, they advanced to Vendor Manager, where they managed relationships with vendors until 2022.

Currently, Małgorzata Baran is working at AgileOne as a Supplier Engagement Manager, a role they assumed in September 2022.

Małgorzata Baran earned a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation of criminals from Jagiellonian University in 2010. Małgorzata then attended Bray Institute of Further Education from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a FETAC level 5 certification. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Law from Jagiellonian University and completed it in 2019.
