Monette Denne has a diverse work experience. Monette started their career as a Passenger Service Agent at American Airlines in December 1998 and worked there until January 2004. Monette then joined Fantasy and Creative Tours as an Office Administrator/Trade Show Coordinator in November 2004. In this role, they were responsible for processing credit card payments, reviewing tour questionnaires, and providing feedback to upper management. Monette also maintained sales reports and reconciled company American Express charges. Monette later moved on to AgileOne, where they held two roles: Supplier Engagement Manager and Sourcing Engagement Manager, starting in August and September 2014 respectively.

Monette Denne pursued their education from 2011 to 2016 at American InterContinental University, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
