Nitika T. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nitika currently works as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at AgileOne, where they are responsible for the successful delivery of the Managed Service Programme across the UK and Ireland. Prior to this, Nitika worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they were involved in coordinating recruitment activities. Nitika also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator - Technology at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG), where they built relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, scheduled and confirmed interviews, and managed candidate accommodations. Nitika has also worked as a Recruitment Associate at Cpl onsite Microsoft, where they managed talent acquisition administrative processes and supported recruitment efforts in Western Europe.

Before their experience in recruitment, Nitika worked as a Product Demonstrator at FMI Field Management Ireland, where they promoted client products and collected feedback from customers. Nitika also worked as a Market Research Associate at Independent Hearing Centre, conducting telephonic surveys and assisting audiologists in conducting hearing tests.

Nitika gained experience in HR operations during their time at Quantiphi, Inc., where they provided administrative support to HR projects, assisted in onboarding and induction processes, maintained HR documentation, and acted as a point of contact for vendors. Nitika also worked as an HR Intern-Recruitment at Radio City India, where they performed recruitment activities and sourced potential candidates through various channels. In addition, Nitika worked as an HR Trainee at Corporate Ladder Consultants Private Limited, conducting entry-level recruitment and building a talent pipeline for clients. Nitika started their career as a Social Media Intern at www.BMS.co.in, where they gained knowledge in social media marketing and promoted website articles on different platforms.

Nitika T. has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration, management, human resources, and science. Starting in 2020, Nitika attended the National College of Ireland and obtained a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Nitika pursued a Master's degree in Management at the same institution.

Before their time at the National College of Ireland, Nitika attended the University of Mumbai from 2013 to 2016. There, they earned a Bachelor of Management Studies with a focus on business administration, management, and human resources.

From 2011 to 2013, Nitika attended Bhavans College, where they completed their Higher Secondary School education with a concentration in science. Nitika's educational journey began at St. Xavier's High School, where they attended from 1998 to 2011. At St. Xavier's, Nitika completed their Senior Secondary School education, covering subjects such as mathematics, language, science, social science, and computer studies.
