Tom Verhoeven

Vice President, Sales And Business Development, European Region at AgileOne

Tom Verhoeven has a diverse range of work experience in various senior roles and managerial positions. Tom began their career in 1995 as an Account Manager at McAfee before moving on to become an Account Manager at Cosyco Software. In 1997, they joined Randstad, where they served as a Commercial/Business Unit Manager, overseeing multiple business units and managing a team of approximately 120 employees. In 2005, they joined Adecco Global Sales as a Strategic Account Director, responsible for managing Adecco Group's relationships with global accounts such as MERCK and Royal Philips Electronics.

Tom then transitioned to Pontoon Solutions in 2010, taking on the role of Sales Director EMEA. After two years, they established their own consultancy firm, Verhoeven Management & Advies, where they worked as a Managing Consultant. In 2013, they joined Beeline as the Vice President Sales for Continental Europe, and later on, they joined AgileOne in 2015 as the Senior Director of Client Services EMEA. In 2017, they became the Country Manager for The Netherlands and Belgium at AgileOne, and in 2018, they were promoted to Vice President, Sales and Business Development for the European region.

Aside from their corporate roles, Tom also served as an Ambassador for the European HR Tech Awards in 2020. Overall, Tom Verhoeven has extensive experience in sales, business development, client services, and management across various industries and regions.

Tom Verhoeven has a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, which they obtained from an unidentified institution. Tom completed their degree between the years 1990 and 1994. In 2001 and 2002, Tom attended Businesschool Nederland where they pursued a General Management Program as part of their 1st phase MBA. Additionally, in 2014, Tom received certification as a Certified Challenger from the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in Arlington, Virginia, USA. This certification specialized in Challenger Sales Expertise. Furthermore, in October 2020, Tom obtained a certification in Selling to Executives from LinkedIn.
