Alejandra Madrigal

Alejandra Madrigal has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alejandra currently works at AgileThought as the Team Planning and Strategy Lead since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BMC Software in various roles. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Project Manager for the LATAM Region. From 2015 to 2022, they served as the Consulting Services Resource Manager for the LATAM Region, where they were responsible for resource project staffing and tracking projects to achieve revenue goals. From 2018 to 2021, they also took on the role of Partner Manager, ensuring commercial and strategic relationships with key partners in the region. Before BMC Software, they worked at Novell as the Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they have experience in professional services project coordination and administration, as well as administration and collections.

Alejandra Madrigal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Universidad del Valle de México. Alejandra also has a certification in ITIL Foundation 3.
