Michael Cooper has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Michael served as the Chief Architect at AgileThought, where they played a key role in employee retention strategies and led a team of 800 individuals. Michael also successfully delivered multi-team projects worth millions of dollars. Prior to that, they were the President of Academy Licensing LLC for three years. Michael led a $75M Business Unit as the VP/GM at Pitney Bowes Software and transformed the culture while increasing client trust and stabilizing profitability. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Agentsmith Inc, a start-up focused on artificial intelligence software for television advertising sales, they raised venture capital to finance the business. Michael was also the CEO of CreditXpert, a venture-funded financial modeling company. In addition, they served as the President of Pitney Bowes Software, where they successfully turned around the division. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Saladin Inc, where they strengthened the management team and successfully completed a transaction. Michael started their career as the National Sales Manager at Reuters Inc., where they played a key role in boosting sales in various areas and tested the early launch of Reuters business TV.

Michael Cooper has a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Michael also holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
