Tim McLaughlin

Tim McLaughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim started their career as a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Sabre in 2005. Tim then served as a Business Analyst at Houston Technology Center, where they advised companies on strategy and venture capital opportunities. In 2006, Tim joined Oceaneering as a Business Development leader, where they oversaw international expansion and managed a management training program.

Following this, Tim worked at NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage in various roles, including Market Analyst, Supply Analyst, and Business Manager. In these roles, they provided analysis and support for marketing, business development, and supply and origination projects.

From 2013 to 2015, Tim served as the Vice President of Business Development at Accend Software. Here, they led sales and partnership strategies and played a crucial role in new market development and product strategy.

Tim then joined SoftServe as a Senior Client Partner, where they built relationships with clients and helped them achieve their software development goals. Tim remained with the company until 2021.

In 2021, Tim held two positions simultaneously. Tim was the Founder and CEO of J4 Global, a company that matched clients with software development companies and implemented client success programs. Tim also served as the Director of Account Management & Customer Success at Emerald Labs, where they designed and built a customer success program and managed relationships with existing customers.

In 2023, Tim became an Account Manager at BairesDev, a rapidly growing technology solutions company in Latin America. Tim managed relationships with clients and ensured their success by creating solid teams of veteran developers.

Currently, Tim serves as the VP and Client Account Lead at AgileThought, starting in 2024.

Tim McLaughlin received their MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their MBA, they completed their BA in Human Performance and Health Science (Sports Management) from Rice University in 1998. Tim McLaughlin also attended Midland High School in Midland, Tx, but the dates of their attendance are not provided.
