Francis Parker

Francis Parker is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Procurement Manager at Agilisys since August 2012, Francis oversees Category Managers and manages diverse tender processes for projects including LED street lighting replacements and social care IT systems. Prior roles include Category Manager at Elevate East London LLP, Interim Procurement Contractor at Goldsmiths College, Finance and Procurement Analyst at East London NHS Foundation Trust, Strategic Procurement Manager for Adult and Social Care at London Borough of Bexley, and Procurement Manager at HM Treasury. Francis began a career in procurement as a Procurement Officer at CEFAS, after obtaining a BSC (Hons) in Science from the University of East Anglia.
