Shona Leavey

Shona Leavey started their work experience in 1995 at States of Guernsey, where they held various roles including Benefits Administrator, Technical Migration Co-ordinator, Supervisor Software Support and Development, and eventually became the Head of IT Change. In 2019, they joined Agilisys as the Head of IT Change, and later transitioned to the role of Head of IT Service in July 2020.

Shona Leavey attended Grammar School Guernsey from 1988 to 1994. Shona did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there.

In terms of additional certifications, Shona has achieved several qualifications throughout their career. In March 2015, they obtained the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Later that year, in October 2015, they earned the BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Processes, followed by the BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering and the BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice in November 2015.

Moving forward, Shona obtained the Agile Master in Public Services certification from the Public Service Transformation Academy in November 2018. Shona'smost recent certifications were achieved in September 2022. These include the ITIL 4® Managing Professional certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, as well as the ITIL 4® Strategic Leader certification, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
