Sathya Shankar Sankara Pandian has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and product development industries. Sathya Shankar currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Agilite Global Solutions Company (Agilité), where they focus on building captive product development offshore centers and delivering high-performance engineering solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of Operations - Technology at My Vision Express® and as the Chief Executive Officer at Alchemist Infosystems.

Before that, Sathya worked at Eagle Software India Pvt Ltd. as the Vice President, where they managed business and delivery in Indian and African markets and led research and development processes. Sathya Shankar also played a key role in delivering smart card-based solutions for various applications such as national identity management, health insurance, and online lottery transactions.

Sathya's earlier experience includes working as the Principal Technologist at Matrix View Limited, Lead Architect at Airbee Wireless, and as the Director and Head of Technology, Strategy & Research at Manmar Technologies Ltd. Sathya Shankar also worked as a Systems Development Consultant at Madras Engineering Services, where they designed and developed embedded systems for medical equipment and digital video processing.

Sathya Shankar Sankara Pandian completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering at Bangalore University from 1986 to 1990.
