Dahna Rhoades

Dahna Rhoades is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Health Systems at Agiliti, Rhoades focuses on strategic initiatives to engage with top-tier integrated delivery networks (IDNs) to enhance the company's success. Prior to this role, Rhoades spent over four years as the National Sales Leader for Laboratory Automation at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where a $175 million diagnostics portfolio was accelerated under leadership, earning the Pinnacle Award. Previous positions include Regional Vice President of Sales at Philips Healthcare, managing a $100 million business, and Region Manager for Performance Solutions at GE Healthcare, where go-to-market strategies were developed for consulting practices. Rhoades holds a Master of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts from Ripon College.
