Frenchy Holmberg

Frenchy Holmberg is an accomplished leader in customer care and operations, currently serving as Director of Customer Care at Agiliti since December 2022. Prior roles include Director of Customer Service & Channel Operations at Icario, where Frenchy successfully integrated new customer service vendors and driven organizational development across channels. At Wells Fargo, Frenchy held the position of Senior VP, overseeing the property insurance function for a substantial loan portfolio, and orchestrating a vendor selection process. Frenchy previously held senior roles at U.S. Bank, achieving significant performance improvements and leading sales strategies for various banking channels, as well as at Verizon Business, managing a global client portfolio. Frenchy's career began at MCI Telecommunications Corporation with various leadership positions. Frenchy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Education from Westmar College.
