Michael Ratka

Michael Ratka is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise in compliance, business alignment, and network management. Currently serving as Compliance and Business Alignment Manager at Agiliti since July 2012, and as Technology Alignment Manager at Innovative IT Concepts since July 2013, Michael specializes in virtualization, VoIP, system monitoring, backups, cloud computing, and HIPAA compliance. Additionally, Michael has been the Information Technology Manager at Waterloo Gardens Inc. since January 2000, overseeing network administration and operations, and has served as Director of Information Technology for the Abington Township Fire Department since September 2004, focusing on emergency service data collection systems. Previously, Michael owned CSD Consultants from November 1989 to January 2000, providing information technology support services and system design.
