Kristoffer Dixon is currently a Software Engineer at Agility Robotics. Previously, they were a Software Engineer at L3Harris Technologies from 2014 to 2021, where they worked on several research programs related to perception systems for underwater vehicles. Before that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University from 2012 to 2011, where they performed research for the Virginia Tech SuperDARN group and the Ted and Karyn Hume Center for National Security and Technology. Kristoffer'sthesis was titled "Analysis of Refractive Effects on Mid-Latitude SuperDARN Velocity Measurements". Before that, they were a Graduate Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 2011 to 2012, where they assisted in the teaching and grading of three undergraduate level electrical engineering classes, and taught classes related to electromagnetic theory, VHDL programming, and network communications.
Kristoffer Dixon received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2011.
