Jill Wood

Jill Wood has a work experience spanning several years. Jill started their career at Lozier Corporation in 2011 as a Senior Account Coordinator, where they worked until September 2015. Jill then joined West Corporation as a Client Relationship Manager, a role they held until August 2017, when they transitioned to the role of a Client Success Manager. In April 2019, Jill joined Agile Transformation Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are still working in this position.

Jill Wood holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including being a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile (SAFe®) Consulting and Training by Agility Academy in February 2023, being a Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile (SAFe®) Consulting and Training by Agility Academy in December 2022, and being an AgilityHealth Facilitator (AHF) from AgilityHealth in July 2019.
