Lou R.

Lou R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership, Scrum methodologies, and Atlassian products consulting. Currently serving as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Atlassian Consultant at AgilityHealth since May 2021, Lou R. specializes in assisting organizations with their challenges related to Atlassian products. In addition, Lou R. has been managing the Jira and Confluence instances for JerseySTEM since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Lou R. was the Managing Director at Guardian East Africa from November 2009 to March 2015, where significant achievements included building a profitable business and creating a successful VIP security service. Lou R. also held the position of Project Manager for Enterprise Architecture at AVI Group from September 2004 to October 2009, leading teams to design and maintain enterprise IT networks while managing complex, high-budget projects.
