Andrea Campanella

Andrea graduated in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations and started his career in HR consulting in the early 1990s, first in the area of Professional Training and later on in the field of Search and Selection at a multinational level, holding positions of increasing responsibility and dealing also with the start-up of some Search and Selection companies as a Business Development Manager. He is also Professor of the Executive Master “Human Resource Management” and “Human Resources” at the MeliusForm Business School. He has been Executive Partner of AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY since 2013 with a focus on Head Hunting projects, Middle Management Appraisal and Development, Team and Executive Coaching. He is based in the Rome Office.
