Halyna Svirska

Halyna Svirska has worked in the Human Resources field since 2016. Halyna began their career at Agiliway as an HR Generalist, where they provided full recruitment cycles and implemented and maintained onboarding, performance appraisal, and offboarding processes. Halyna was then promoted to Head of HR, where they created and implemented corporate HR strategies to achieve business goals and developed and managed the annual budget of the HR department.

In 2016, Halyna also began working at OSTWARE SERVICES as an IT Researcher. In this role, they analyzed the Ukrainian market to create a picture of candidates which fit required vacant positions, created a database of suitable candidates, and actively searched for candidates on the Internet.

Halyna Svirska obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organisational Development from UCU Business School (LvBS) between 2017 and 2019. In 2016, they attended LITS (Lviv IT School) for IT Recruitment. Halyna also obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General from Lviv State Finance Academy.
