Sofia Banaryk has worked in the IT and HR industry since 2020. Sofia began their career as a Recruiter at Joffer - HR Company in 2020. In 2021, they moved to Datawiz.io as an HR Manager. In 2022, they joined Agiliway as an IT Researcher.

Sofia Banaryk obtained their Master's degree in International Economics from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE).
