Jason Swartz

Jason Swartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Regional President at agilon health since May 2017, Jason has held various leadership positions including Executive Director, Director of Market Operations & Planning, and Manager of Planning and Development. Additionally, since August 2019, Jason has been a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Previously, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from March 2009 to May 2017, Jason worked as Business Manager overseeing cardiac labs, Value Analysis Facilitator managing process improvements, and Support Analyst contributing to significant operational enhancements. Jason holds an MBOE in Operational Excellence/Lean from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
