Pascale Melloni

Pascale Melloni has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Talent Development at agilon health, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at DataStax as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from November 2020 to February 2023. Pascale also held the role of Senior Learning and Development Manager at Cisco from June 2015 to October 2020. Before that, they served as the Senior Principal Instructional Designer at Symantec Corporation from July 2004 to March 2015. Pascale's early career included roles as the Manager of Learning & Development at LEVI STRAUSS & CO., a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant at Zamba Solutions, and a Senior Software Trainer at EXECUTRAIN.

Pascale Melloni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from Carthage College in the years 1992 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications, including a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2021 and an MBTI Certification from the American Management Association in 2004.
