Sheethal C

Sheethal C has extensive work experience in HR and has held various roles throughout their career. Sheethal started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Adecco Staffing in 2003. Sheethal then moved on to Thomson Reuters, where they worked as an Assistant Manager - HRBP from 2004 to 2009, and as a Senior Manager - HRBP from 2011 to 2017. At Symphony Services, they served as a Manager - HRBP from 2009 to 2011. Sheethal then joined athenahealth as a Senior Manager HRBP from 2017 to 2018, and later as a Director HRBP from 2018 to 2019. Sheethal worked at Decision Resources Group as a Senior Director HR from January 2020 to May 2020. Sheethal also worked at RSA Security as a Human Resources Business Partner from August 2020 to July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director HR at agilon health since July 2021 and is set to become the Vice President, HR starting in May 2023.

Sheethal C earned an MBA degree in Human Resource from Bangalore University between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed a bachelor's degree in Engineering from RV College Of Engineering between 1995 and 1999.
