Tarun Chordia

Tarun Chordia has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tarun began their career at Infosys in 2010, where they worked as a Systems Engineer Trainee. Tarun then took on roles as a Systems Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and finally, a Technology Analyst. In 2018, Tarun joined Agilysys as a Senior Software Analyst and steadily progressed through various positions, including Lead Software Analyst, Senior Lead Software Analyst, and Associate Manager Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager Technology at Agilysys. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of 15 diverse resources and overseeing multiple aspects of technology development, including backend and frontend development, fleet engineers, and CICD processes. Tarun has worked on SaaS micro-services, third-party integrations, and cloud and on-premise deployments. Notable achievements include leading the migration from IDC to cloud-based AKS deployments, resulting in faster and smaller deployments and a reduction in production deployment incidents.

Tarun Chordia completed their high school education at The Ashram in the year 2006. Immediately after, they enrolled at M.N.M Jain Engineering College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Tarun completed their undergraduate education in 2010.
