Lance Faulkner

Lance Faulkner is an experienced mining professional with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles within the mining industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Fosterville Gold Mine for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since December 2020, Lance previously held multiple positions at Kirkland Lake Gold, including Mining Manager and Acting Mining Manager for the same site. With foundational roles as Senior Site Executive and Mine Project Superintendent at FMR Investments Pty Ltd, and prior experience as General Manager at Castlemaine Goldfields and Unity Mining, Lance has consistently demonstrated expertise in mine operations, production management, and team leadership. A graduate in Mining Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Lance's career reflects a strong commitment to safe and efficient mining practices.
