Manuel Leonardo Padilla

Manuel Leonardo Padilla is an experienced geologist with over three decades in the mining and exploration industry. Currently serving as the Director of Project Evaluations at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since January 2009, Manuel is responsible for assessing new opportunities for expansion in the United States and Latin America. Previously, roles included Director and Technical Manager of Exploration in Mexico at Galway Resources, Assistant Project Manager at Galway Resources, District Geologist at Industrias Penoles SAB de CV, and Project Geologist at Servicio Geológico Mexicano. Educational qualifications include a Professional Master's in Mineral Exploration from Colorado School of Mines, a Diplomado in Geoestadística y Evaluación de Reservas from Universidad de Guanajuato, and a B.S. Engineering degree in Geology from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua.
