Narmatha Karnan

Narmatha Karnan has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2017 at Arka Insurance Broking Private Limited, they worked as an Integration Engineer, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable data mapping. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Alpha Corporates, where they interviewed candidates over the phone and handled job portals. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at ADEC Infocomm Private Limited, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and working closely with HR managers. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at AgniKul Cosmos, beginning in May 2023.

Narmatha Karnan completed their Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College, Tiruchirappalli - 620 002. from 2014 to 2017. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Diploma in Information Technology from Info School during the same time period.
