Chris Gegelys

Chris Gegelys has extensive experience in the legal field, holding various roles throughout their career. Chris is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at AgNovos Healthcare since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as the Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer from 2017 to 2021.

From 2006 to 2017, Chris held several positions at Covance Inc., including General Counsel, Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Counsel.

Before that, they served at Humanicare International, Inc. as President and General Counsel from 2001 to 2006 and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 1998 to 2001.

Chris also worked at Cadbury Beverages Inc. as Division Counsel and Assistant Division Counsel from 1993 to 1996. Chris began their career as an Associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon from 1990 to 1993.

Chris Gegelys attended Franklin & Marshall College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Chris then went on to study at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1987 to 1990, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
