Piyush Prasad

Piyush Prasad serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Booking.com / Agoda since August 2023, while also contributing as an Associate Editor for the Kluwer Arbitration Blog until May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at WongPartnership LLP from August 2021 to August 2023 and holding various roles at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, ultimately as Counsel from September 2017 to August 2021. Piyush has also acted as a Group Advisor for the Young ICCA Mentoring Programme and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Jindal Global Law School. Previous positions include Senior Associate at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Associate at Krishnamurthy & Co., among other internships. Piyush obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.Sc. LL.B (Business Law Honours) from National Law University, Jodhpur.
