Shachi Madhogaria

Shachi Madhogaria currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Agoda, leading Direct Marketing since June 2021. Prior to this role, Shachi was the Associate Director of Flights, where responsibilities included performance marketing, pricing, P&L management, investment decisions, and strategy development. Experience in loyalty management was gained at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Manager, and previous positions include roles at JPM Exports - Work Wear, Amazon, Axis Bank, and J.P. Morgan, among others. Shachi holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc (Tech) in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
