Tunyanan Kittichawansit is an experienced business intelligence professional currently serving as the Business Intelligence Team Lead at Agoda since June 2014. Responsibilities include leading customer services, finance, payment, and fraud initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering solutions that meet KPIs. Prior to Agoda, Tunyanan worked at Thomson Reuters as a Business Intelligence analyst, where analysis and database design were key tasks. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Developer, focusing on application development and database management using various technologies. Tunyanan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mahidol University and a Diploma in Business Computer from Rajamongara Institute of Technology Bangkok Technical Campus.
