Tim Van Kaem

Tim Van Kaem has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2021, they began their current role as Head Clinical Operations at AgomAb Therapeutics. From 2012 to 2021, they held various roles at Galapagos, including Team Leader, Project Management Leader, R&D PMO Director, Senior Development Lead, Senior Clinical Compound/Study Lead, and Clinical Compound/Study Lead. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Clinical Project Manager and Global Trial Manager at Novellas Healthcare and Janssen Research & Development, respectively. From 2006 to 2010, they held roles at PRA International as Clinical Team/Trial Manager, Senior Clinical Research Associate, and Clinical Research Associate II. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Clinical Data Manager at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development.

Tim Van Kaem obtained a Master in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Antwerp with Great Distinction between 2000 and 2004. Tim then completed the CRA Foundation Program at PRA International in 2007. In 2011, they obtained a Clinical PM certification from The Clinical College, and in 2018 they obtained an Agile PM Practitioner certification from APMG International.
